How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are sent from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. We strive to post your order within 2 business days of ordering - please note that shipping delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods, and around public holidays.
If you’re in a hurry, we suggest choosing Australia Post Express options. Shipping times below are to be used as a guide only.

International Shipping with DHL is calculated at checkout. This is a standard delivery 7-15 business days. In some regions, this can take longer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES.
However RETURNS are available on all full priced items. RETURNS are available in conjunction with our welcome discount.
All items must be in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached in original packaging. Garments must not be worn or washed.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any received thereafter may be declined for refund. Your full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving.
Cooke and Kin is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost in transit returns. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe.
Non-returnable items: All SALE items or items purchased using SALE discount code as part of SALE are not eligible for Return.

TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN
1. Please email returns@cookeswim.com with your order number and pieces you wish the return. You do not need a response before sending. This is noted in our system for when we receive you package.
2. Fill in your returns form enclosed with your order.
