You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your online order. All items must be in original condition and packaging with all tags and hygiene stickers attached. Garments must not be worn or washed and Cooke Swim reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items display any signs of wear.

Please note that shipping of returns is at the expense of the customer. If available, please re-use original packaging.
Full Priced Items are available for refund, exchange or 110% store credit. This includes orders made using the welcome discount.
Sale Items are not eligible for refund or exchange. We offer 100% store credit only on sale items provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. This includes styles marked as 'sale’ on product pages or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code or automatic discount.
Final Sale Items are not eligible for a store credit, refund or exchange.

We offer refunds for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all of our returns criteria. Once our returns team have completed a quality check and processed the refund, the full value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. please note that we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account once your refund has been processed, depending on your original payment method.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including those purchased with promotional discounts.
Orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card.
We offer a store credit at 110% of your item value, with no expiry date, for full-priced items.
We accept exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of the return being processed.
If the item you have requested is unavailable, you will be eligible for 110% store credit. In order to secure your item, we suggest using the instant exchanges function at time of lodging your request.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed.
Please note that slight delays in processing timeframes may occur during collection launches and sale periods.
Our warehouse is based in Australia and return fees will vary based on your location. If sending internationally please be sure that the package is insured, traceable and prepaid. International customers are responsible for all shipping and duty fees.
Cooke Swim cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage during the customer return process. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship their return items back via a reliable, safe and trackable method.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact orders@cookeswim.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, repair, or refund.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty. Any item past 3 months since the purchase date is outside our acceptable warranty period, however will be considered on a case by case basis.
If a return is made on items placed within the order, the gift must be included in the return.
If you have purchased using Afterpay or another buy now pay later option, you will be refunded or credited back to your chosen platform.
If you are receiving a credit note, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and you will be issued a new credit note via email to use straight away.
